- A credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) in the name of the main driver is required to pick up the vehicle. Non-nominative, prepaid, rechargeable or virtual cards will not be accepted.
- Driving licence and ID card or passport is needed at the time of pick up. Non-delivery of the vehicle due to a forgotten or invalid driving licence will result in a cancellation charge.
- Drivers. The minimum age of the driver is 26 years old and the maximum age is 75 years old. In all cases, the driver must have held a driving licence for at least 2 years.
- For drivers between ages 23 to 25, it's obligatory to add the young driver supplement. The excess/deposit amount for young drivers may vary.
√ CANCELLATION CHARGES
- You can modify your reservation up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability of the new vehicle.
- Free cancellation with full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the rental start date.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the rental, you will receive a refund minus the cancellation fee: 10% of the total amount of your booking.
- If you do not show up to collect the vehicle without having cancelled your booking or if you cancel your booking after the collection date, no refund will be made.
